Who is responsible for your data

Tuscany Wedding DJ is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your names, email address, wedding date, venue or location, approximate guest count and message.

The website also uses Vercel Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated information such as page views, referrers, approximate location, browser and device type. It does not use analytics cookies or retain identifiers that track you across different websites.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your event requirements, provide information about our services and take steps at your request before entering into a possible contract. We may also process limited technical information for our legitimate interests in securing the website, preventing spam and understanding its aggregate performance.

We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing unless you separately ask to receive it or otherwise provide a valid permission.

Service providers and international transfers

We use Vercel to host the website and provide privacy-focused analytics, and Formspree to securely receive and deliver contact-form submissions. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your information
